We've got a family of deer that live behind us in our woods. There's a buck, two does and two fawns. Here's one of our doe and the fawns. Sometimes they come up farther in the yard and eat the bird seed from our feeders!

I was back at the school with the butterfly garden today. It is such a happy place, and so colorful. I just love the sunflowers, these had gotten so tall, the bent down and made it easy to take pictures. If you look closely in the top right corner, that blur is a butterfly.

I spent some time at Airlie Gardens on Saturday. They have recently opened a butterfly house. This is not the prettiest butterfly that was in there, but it was the most comical looking.

We got to Wilmington Friday afternoon, and I took a quick walk around my in-laws back yard. What was once a beautiful garden has fallen into disarray since my mother in law had her stroke. This plant was growing on the trellis, not exactly sure what it is, but I like the green.
