I expanded my cooking horizons today. For the first time I cooked with chipotle peppers, and they came out of this can. I found a recipe on pinterest for spicy bean and rice burritos (you can see the recipe here tastykitchen.com/recipes/main-courses/spicy-bean-and-rice...). Everybody loved it, even Ariana who hates beans.

Look who surprised us tonight! Liz popped in for just a few minutes on her way to Baltimore. She got here in time for supper, and I'm glad I could get some good food in her before her cosplay weekend.
